Vacuum Brazing process Flow

1.Firstly according to the characteristics and complexity of the product, the parts are divided into two layers in terms of design.Parts pictures are as follows(3 products in total)

2.Then by vacuum brazing furnace and after 24 hours of high-temperature welding, the product is welded into a whole. Parts pictures are as follows(3 products in total)

3.The shape of the part is milled through the milling machine, as shown in the picture below(3 products in total)

4.Hand-made smooth surface treatment, as shown in the picture below(3 products in total)

5.Finally, color conductive oxidation surface treatment of the antenna to protect the product, as shown in the picture below(3 products in total)
