1.Where is your company located ？: Chengdu Microem Technology Co. Ltd. is located in Chengdu Sichuan Province China.
2.How to get quotation for Microtech’s products?: In order to receive a quotation for our product you can send a Email to info@a-microem.com to request for a product quotation; or leave us a message on our website.
3.How do I place an order?: Currently we do not support online purchasing. If you are going to place an order please contact our sales staff or please send an Email to info@a-microem.com our sales staff will contact you within less than 3 working days.
4.When will I receive my order?: Products will be sent within 5 working days after the purchasing order is confirmed. It will normally take 7-14 days for delivery time depending on distance logistic company ways of shipment and so on.
5.What payment methods do you accept?: We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and Paypal.
6.What are the shipping options?: If you have your own courier for shipping products please advise us your courier account No. If not we can arrange DHL UPS FedEx for the delivery.
7.Will you buy insurance for my order in delivery?: We can buy insurance for our customer upon the customer’s requirement for buying it.
8.How can I track my order？: A tracking No can be notified to the buyer soon as the goods have been sent.
9.What is the return policy?: Products which have been purchased cannot be returned. If any product or parts need to be replaced or repaired please contact our Customer Support info@a-microem.com.
